• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest via Supabase, and access controls limiting who can view your data. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., billing records for up to 7 years).
